Men's Round Neck T-shirt Sewing Pattern 'Ryan'

I sewed the Ryan in size L using cotton jersey, and the finished fit is exactly what I expect from a classic men�s t-shirt. The shoulders sit well and the neckline turned out clean without feeling tight. I didn�t need to make any adjustments, which was a relief for a first sew of a new pattern.

I�m fairly new to sewing knits, and this was my first men�s t-shirt. The instructions were easy to follow, especially around attaching the neckband. I used my overlocker for most seams and finished it in a single afternoon.

I cut this using the projector files and appreciated how clear and well-layered they were. The pieces aligned nicely on the fabric, and I didn�t need to print anything. I made a size M in cotton spandex, and the fit came out neat without excess ease.

I�ve made this pattern twice now, once in jersey and once in a slightly heavier interlock. Both versions wear really well and feel comfortable throughout the day. It�s become my go-to pattern for basic tees.

The round neckline was my main concern, but the step-by-step guidance made it manageable. I quartered the neckband as suggested and got a smooth finish on the first try. This was sewn on a regular sewing machine without issues.
