Winslet’s is your go-to source for stylish, affordable, and easy-to-use sewing patterns. We also offer digital sewing resources such as practice sheets and sewing planners to complement your sewing projects.

Do you have a physical store?
Winslet's Patterns operates exclusively online, offering digital sewing patterns that you can purchase and download instantly from our website. We do not have any physical stores. This digital-first approach allows us to provide immediate access to our patterns, enabling you to start your sewing projects without delay.
What types of patterns do you offer?
We provide a variety of patterns, including dresses, skirts, tops, pants, loungewear, outerwear, and special occasion pieces. While we currently focus on women's designs, we will soon be expanding to include patterns for more categories such as men, dolls & more.
Is Winslet's only for experienced sewists?
Not at all! Winslet’s is for everyone, from beginners to seasoned sewists. We offer patterns marked by skill level and include clear instructions to help you succeed, no matter where you are in your sewing journey.
What are the terms of use for Winslet's patterns? Can I distribute the patterns I purchased?
Winslet's patterns are copyrighted. You cannot distribute this pattern to others.
You may not edit or recreate this pattern to sell or mass produce. However, you are welcome to sell the garment you stitched using Winslet's patterns.
Giving credit to the pattern when selling would be appreciated, but not required.
How will I receive my order? Do you charge any shipping fee?
Winslet's is a digital-first brand so once your order is successfully placed, it is instantly delivered to your email inbox, at no additional charge. You can download and start using them right away.
What should I do if I didn’t receive my download link?
If you don’t see your download email, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can also log into your account on WInslet's to access the download link for your purchased items.
If it’s still missing, contact us at support@winslets.com, and we’ll make sure you get your files promptly.
Can I access my purchased patterns again later?
Once you download a product from our website, it remains yours indefinitely. In case you need to download again - you can access the download link either by revisiting the purchase confirmation email or by logging into your account on winslets.com.
To address potential download issues and provide flexibility, we allow each file to be downloaded up to 5 times. If you need to download it more than 5 times, just send us an email and we’ll sort it out for you.
Do you allow returns for purchased patterns?
Please reach out to us within 30 days if you have any concerns with the product, your satisfaction is our top priority. Although a digital product once purchased cannot be returned, we may proceed with a refund/ exchange depending on the case.
What if I order the same pattern twice?
We recommend checking your order history before making a purchase to ensure you do not accidentally buy a duplicate item. If you do purchase the same pattern again, or if you encounter any other issues, please contact our support team at support@winslets.com, and we will assist you promptly.
Is there a trial period for Winslet's Gold membership?
Currently, we do not offer a trial period for the Winslet's Gold membership, but we do provide a 14-day money-back guarantee if you download up to 2 patterns and decide it's not for you.
What is the money-back guarantee policy for Winslet's Gold membership?
We are confident that you will love the Winslet's Gold membership, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If within the first 14 days of membership you download up to 2 patterns and find that our product and service does not meet your expectations, simply write to us, and we will refund your membership fee in full. It's important to us that you have a great experience, so we make it hassle-free to get your money back if you're not completely happy.
Please note, if you download more than 2 patterns, we cannot provide the refund in order to prevent any abuse of the system.
Can I access content from past months after joining? How often are new sewing patterns released?
Yes, once you join Winslet's Gold, you have immediate access to all previously released patterns and exclusive content in our library, regardless of when they were released.
We add new patterns to our library every week, ensuring our members always have fresh inspiration for their projects.
Is the membership available internationally?
Absolutely! Our membership is available worldwide. Please note that all content is in English and all competition prizes will comply with international shipping restrictions where applicable.

Does my membership renew automatically? How do I pause/cancel my membership?
Yes, your membership renews automatically. Don't worry, we will send a reminder before the next renewal so in case you decide not to renew the Gold membership, you will have enough time to cancel it.
Although we do not have the option to pause membership at the moment, you can cancel your membership at any time by sending us an email at support@winslets.com. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer physical copies of the patterns or are they all digital downloads?
Currently, all Winslet's patterns are digital patterns only. They are available in A0, A4 / Letter sizes and Projector files.
The A0 sizes are the large print versions and can be printed at a copy shop near you.
The A4/Letter sizes are easy to download, print and put together at home.
The Projector files can be directly projected onto fabric for cutting.

What are the measurements that Winslet’s Patterns are designed for?
Our sewing patterns are initially designed based on a basic block and then are graded both up and down to accommodate various sizes.
For women's patterns, the basic block is drafted for the following measurements: height 5'6", bust 34", and waist 28", corresponding to size US 4-6 on our size chart.
For men's patterns, the basic block is drafted for the following measurements: height 5'10", chest 40", and waist 34", corresponding to size US 40 on our size chart.
How do I find my correct size on your size chart?
Before selecting a pattern size, take accurate measurements of your bust/chest, waist, and hips. Choose the size from our size chart that closely aligns with your measurements.
If your chest/waist/hip measurements align with different sizes, you would want to choose the size based on the apparel category or the garment fit and make adjustments to blend sizes. For example, prefer the size based on your bust measurement for making a top, and waist measurement for a relaxed dress cinched at the waist.
If your measurements fall between sizes, consider the fit you prefer (looser or tighter) and the type of fabric you'll use. All patterns include finished garment measurements which can be helpful to know how much ease or extra room is built into the design.
Do Winslet’s Patterns include seam allowances?
We offer patterns with and without seam allowances on separate layers, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for your sewing process. How do you define your pattern Skill Levels?
To ensure consistency in defining the skill levels of our sewing patterns, we have created a matrix to help you understand why we have assigned specific levels to each product.

What is Winslet’s Affiliate Program?

How do I sign up for the affiliate program?
What is the commission structure?
Affiliates earn 40% commission on every successful sale made through their referral link. Additionally, your audience will enjoy an exclusive 10% discount on their purchases. A special bonus is also awarded upon your first sale after joining the program. Check your dashboard for updates on earnings and payouts.
How do I generate and use my unique affiliate link?
After being approved, you will receive an email notification with a link to sign in to your affiliate dashboard, where you can find your unique affiliate link. Copy it and start sharing with your audience to earn commissions.
How can I track my commissions and sales?
Once you are signed up and approved, you can log in to your affiliate dashboard at any time to see your earnings and affiliate referrals. How and when do affiliates get paid?
Commissions are disbursed monthly, typically during the first week of the subsequent month, via PayPal. To receive payments, ensure that your PayPal email address is entered in your account settings under the [Payment Settings] tab.

How do I create an account on Winslet’s?
Click on the account icon located at the top-right corner of our website, then select "Create Account." Fill in your details, create a password, and you’re all set! With your account, you’ll gain access to your order history, downloads, and exclusive perks.
Do I need an account to purchase patterns?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to easily access your patterns anytime and stay updated on new releases and promotions.
How do I reset my password?
Click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
How can I view my order history?
Log in to your account and go to your profile. If you're logged in, you can click on the account icon on the top right to access your profile. Here, you’ll find a list of all your previous purchases.
Is my account information secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your Winslet’s account is for personal use only and should not be shared with others. Sharing may violate our terms and conditions.
