Men's Pajama Set Sewing Pattern 'Arbor'

I sewed the Arbor set in a brushed cotton for my partner, size L, and the fit came out relaxed without looking sloppy. The waistband sat well straight away, and the top didn�t feel tight across the shoulders. He�s been wearing it almost every night since, which feels like the real test.

This was my first full pajama set, and the instructions were easy to follow without guessing. I printed the A4 files and appreciated how everything lined up cleanly. I went with a lightweight poplin and finished the whole set over a weekend.

I made the pants in cotton flannel and the top in jersey just to see how it would behave, and both worked well. The pattern pieces are simple but thoughtful, especially around the rise and hip. I�ll probably make another set just to test a heavier winter fabric.

As an intermediate sewist, this felt like a straightforward, low-stress project. I cut a size M and didn�t need to make any adjustments, which is rare for me. From cutting to final press, it took me about five hours total.

I used the projector files and had the pattern cut in no time. The lines were clear and easy to distinguish, which made layout simple. It felt very efficient compared to taping, especially for the pants pieces.
