Nice pattern but straps needed minor adjustment

I loved making the Lola and the fit overall was great. The straps came out about two centimetres longer than I wanted for my shoulder length, so I had to unpick and re-stitch them slightly shorter. Once adjusted the fit was excellent — worth knowing if you have narrower shoulders.

I shortened the leg by about 15 centimetres before cutting to get a cropped wide-leg look and it changed the proportions beautifully. The straight grain on the leg makes shortening simple. I added a narrow hem and the result is really polished.
