Pleased overall, neckline can gape slightly

The Venus sports jacket is well-constructed and I enjoy wearing it. My one observation is that the neckline can gape slightly when I'm in active movement if I'm between sizes. I'm between a medium and a large and went with the large — sizing down for the neckline area while keeping the large in the body might work better for some body shapes.

I modified the Venus by splitting the sleeve into two sections and inserting a contrasting panel along the outer sleeve length. The sleeve is cut as a simple two-piece so adding a vertical contrast panel was straightforward. The finished jacket has a two-tone look that makes it feel more custom and sporty.
