Lovely top but ties could be slightly longer

I really like the Roxy — it's a flattering, quick make and I've already worn it several times. My only small observation is that the ties are just long enough to make a bow, so if you prefer a more generous bow or want to wrap them you might want to add a few extra centimetres when cutting. That said, the fit and construction are both great and I'd make this pattern again.

Extended the bodice into a longer top

I added about eight centimetres to the body length before cutting to convert the crop top into a longer summer top that sits at my hip. The tie still works beautifully at the front and the longer length suits my preference. The modification required no changes to the other pattern pieces.

How do I figure out the right size?
